Parents as Teachers, PAT, Child Outreach (preschool screening), NK KIN-NECT (Title I preschool service) and Even Start (Family Literacy) comprise our early  learning programs.

Home visits, developmental screenings and child development information, high quality preschool placements, and family literacy are the hallmarks of these programs.

We operate on the belief that parents are their first and best teacher, and to that   end, offer parents the information, acitivities, and educational opportunities to help  support them in their parenting career!
