Anna Pfeiffer-Herbert  a scientist from the Graduate School of Oceanography at The University of Rhode Island came to our school and explained her experiment to students in Mrs. Burke, Mrs. Kruse, Mrs. Mirandou, Miss Nelson and Mrs. Warburton's classes.  Each grade level was assigned a drifter to track.

 The ID numbers of Fishing Cove School's drifters are 119410711 (4th graders)  119410716 (3rd graders) adn 110410715 (2nd graders.  You can click on the links on the right side of the map to see where the individual drifters are.
