School Committee meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month with the exception of July when no meetings are held. Meetings are  held at the North Kingstown High School located at 150 Fairway Drive in North Kingstown, unless othewise indicated on the agenda. The second Tuesday of each month will be a Committee Worksession. Agenda items are discussed by the Committee and public input is encouraged. The public has the opportunity to speak to each agenda item as it is discussed. The fourth Tuesday of each month will be a Business Meeting and votes will be taken on agenda items. Financial items are included at the Business Meetings. The public has the opportunity to speak at the open forum at the beginning of the meeting.  The agenda is also posted on the school department website, the Secretary of State website, the North Kingstown Town Hall and the North Kingstown Library. Any changes to the agenda will be posted to the websites, Town Hall and Library at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
