There is nothing like getting ready for summer vacation and the beach season. With that in mind, students are producing beach chairs to lounge around on. Some pictures of the first trimester's student work will be coming soon!! The second trimester has just started and we are into our second week of the curriculum. We have covered safety policies, procedures and rules while working in a production type environment thus far. We are also in the process of learning how to operate the power equipment and are reviewing the operational procedures and safety techniques utilized when operating the various machinery in the wood technology lab. We will be starting on our beach chair production run when we get back from the winter break. Please stay tuned for some pictures and video footage of students in action.
